I would like to present myself. My name is Taetske Guillaume, my nationality is Dutch, and I was born close to Sidney in Australia in May 1950.

For my 2 websites, www.motherearthstreasures.com and www.healthyantiagingalternatives.com, Pinterest, Facebook, and Wealthy Affiliates, the company that hosts my sites, I use my Gravatar photo. That photo was taken some years ago but since then, being tired of painting my hair, I have gone “natural”.

Michael took the photo below on my birthday in 2020 in the garden of my organic farm in the south of Spain. The date is wrong because when the new battery was put into my digital camera; I made the mistake of not correctly setting the date.

I am a nature person and not particularly fond of machines. I do not buy the latest gadgets and have an old-fashioned mobile in my handbag. I might use it 2 or 3 times a year in case I am late for an appointment or have problems with the car.

By the end of 2013, I got stuck with an internet contract. Why is not important here. But I had no computer. I was lucky to buy a secondhand laptop from my neighbors. Hans gave me 8 hours of intensive lessons, so I understood the basics. Sending and receiving emails, sending photos from my photo file, and looking on the internet for information. That was it, and I really thought I would never need more knowledge. I had always told my friends worldwide; I belong to the handwritten letter generation.

Then came the day I discovered you could follow summits, master classes, and the likes. I became interested in what food does to your body in 1986. My first summit was “The Food Revolution Summit” hosted by Ocean Robbins. Next was a summit by Ty and Charlene Bollinger, “The Truth About Cancer” and quite a few more followed after that.

I met Michael, my good friend, and life partner, on the internet, and he came to visit in September 2015. In August 2016 he moved to Spain with his furniture, 156 boxes, his Thunderbird car, his Victory motorbike, and last but not least Miss Shugar, his white and deaf cat.

 

Michael and the start of my websites

Michael knows a lot more about what you can do on a computer, and that knowledge has come in very handy. I call him my Technical Manager. In January 2017, I signed up as a member of Wealthy Affiliate and with their help, I started with my first website that was quickly followed by a second one.

The reason I started a second website was that I thought all the things I wanted to write about would not fit on one. Funnily enough, these 2 websites have developed alongside each other, often even overlapping. Everything is related, so when I write about the environment, it could very well influence your health and vice versa. I write about the things I find interesting and/or important.

 

Social Media

I started working with social media and joined Pinterest in February 2018. Following that came Facebook in May 2019, and I was surprised at the flood of information that was presented. I joined some groups and was happily writing for my websites when the coronavirus struck. Spain was hit hard, and I stayed home for 2 months. Luckily there is a big garden offering room enough to stretch our legs.

During this time I observed videos started disappearing, just like that, and I felt uncomfortable. I have lived all my life in countries that claim to be democratic and believed in freedom of speech, but this looked different.

 

Are we being told the truth?

I am convinced that those who are in power are hiding, censoring, and/or manipulating the truth. Because of this, I felt the need to save material and document what has happened in the past and what is happening at the moment. Here you can read why I started this website.

It is obvious that we have to remain vigilant and be on the watch for future cover-ups. That is why I have made this website in the hope it will become a collection of information that should not be lost.
